Job Description:-
- Review imaged paperwork and/or case notes to determine the type of volume processed by customer service associates across locations
Responsibilities:-
- Leverage documented validation steps to ensure associates accurately processed volume
- Participate in calibration meetings to ensure auditors’ actions are consistent across team
- Provide feedback when validation steps do not align with processed volume
- Perform quality evaluation with great amount of attention to details and the ability to complete large volume of work quickly
Timings:- India Night 1 (8:00p-4:30a)
