Job Schedule : Full Time, 40 hours per week
Job Location : Remote (at home) or on – location

Explanation of Job Roles
1. Web Project Manager
Our web project managers report directly to the PMO and are leaders of a team of individuals (Account Managers, Project Coordinators, Front-end Developers and Designers, Backend Developers and Quality Control Testers) that help to create various web projects for Falcon-Software’s clientele. As a project manager, your job is to manage the entire lifecycle of a project, from conception to live delivery. Each day, you will review the tasks and goals that need to be completed with your team and work with the company’s customers in order to deliver what they envision. You will also work with the management of the company to try and create new and innovative web based solutions.
Job Description
- Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop, and deliver web based projects
- Project planning and resource scheduling
- Understand and document project requirements
- Manage project change requests and impact on schedules and budget
- Manage and control project code release schedules
- Manage QA and testing processes
- Internal and external project reporting
- Consult with clients on future project ideas
- Project/task scoping and cost estimates
- Collaborate with the front-end team and other technical people to integrate back-end and front-end solutions
Your Responsibilities
- Manage client communications, project schedules, and budgets
- Must interact and involve yourself in the company business and learn various company best practices and culture
- Strong verbal, writing, presentation, and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Understanding of software best practices
- Experience in use of modern project management tools
- Pragmatist of agile methodologies
- Ability to work with our design, architecture, and development teams to ensure they are operating efficiently
- Exhibit critical thinking, creative problem solving, and willingness to learn new tools for effective client communication
- Provide clear communication with clientele; interpretation and understanding their needs while explaining technical information in business terms

2. Front End Developer UI/UX Web Designer
Our Front-End Developer UI/UX Web Designers report directly to the Project Managers and is responsible for creating and implementing visual elements that users see and interact with in a web application. They are supported by our back-end web developers, who are responsible for server-side application logic and integration of the work front-end developers create. We are looking for someone who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. Responsibilities will include translation of UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application.

- Accessibility design practices and implementation
- Good understanding of SEO principles
- Experience working with content management systems
