Job Description for Gigamon Off Campus Drive 2021
- The candidate will be primely managing, reviewing and processing of Employees travel and Expenses claim as per the company policy. Also interact with employees on query management, travel advance and settlements. In addition, The role also required to manage the claims accounting, payment and account reconciliation.
- The position is the subject matter expert for the claim application. The person will be interacting with the employees and their clarification.
- The position will be on contract role and reporting to Head of Finance – India.
Skills Required For Gigamon Off Campus Drive 2021
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent job experience with an emphasis in Business, Finance, Accounting or Procurement.
- Knowledge in accounts payable processes.
- Strong proficiency in Concur tool
- Good communication (Oral and written)
- Flexibility in working hours
- Strong analytical skills, and consistently takes initiative when investigating issues and requests
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Responsibilities for Gigamon Off Campus Drive 2021
- Regular review of employees claim as per the company policy
- Query handling with employees if there is any clarification
- Payments to the claims based on agreed company practice.
- Arranging for travel advance, coordianation with vendor and employees.
- Settlement of international travel claims
- Accounting and reconcialtion of claims
- Supporting audit and tax matters
- Management of documents and future retrieval
- Support the month end account close process
