Your Role and Responsibilities
- You are a Data Analyst, who will apply Knowledge of Agile Life Cycle Management and analyse Requirements to re-engineer complex application components, and integrate software packages, programs and reusable objects residing on multiple platforms. An ambitious individual who can work under your own direction towards agreed targets and goals, you have the ability to manage change and to work under stress. You are curious to learn as demonstrated by your up-to-date Business, technical knowledge and delivery excellence. You are a good team player and you are familiar with Agile methodologies and principles and/or have experience working in an Agile team. Responsibilities:
- Application Management (for DB2-hosted Information Warehouse)
- Developing own skills and knowledge with fitting to business strategy. Building the gathered knowledge into team knowledge
- Educate and support business users, support developers in case of issues, performing root cause analysis and fix design and identify potential improvements
- Cooperation with upstream and downstream teams
- SAP Applications, Databases (ERM, SQL) on Data Integration
- Business Transformation collaborating with Support Team to make sure data integrity against partner applications in SAP
- Recommend process/systems changes and contribute to the whole lifecycle of the projects/CRs (design, development, testing, deployments)
- Ensure the security and compliance of the application and keep legal and internal regulations
- Maintain applications and provide technical issue resolution
- Learn and understand the architecture of different business applications
- Provide application and middleware support
Participating in diverse Agile ceremonies (standup, showcase, retro) to discuss status of project activities, actions, tasks, blockers; providing input about completed and closed items
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- z/OS (ISPF, DB2 Admin Tool)
- SAP Module Sales & Distribution- Supply Chain Management (Contract and Order Fulfillment)-
- Advanced SQL writing and understanding
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Working in a multinational environment
- Customer orientation
