- Graduate with 1-3 years of relevant work experience as an HR administrator
- Understanding HR systems
- MS Excel, MS Word skills
- Organizational skills and ability to prioritise
- Interpersonal and good communications skills
Responsibilities of the Candidate:-
KPMG is hiring for an Analyst (Human Resource)!
- Updating databases internally
- Preparing and amending a variety of documents including HR documents, recruitment guides, secondment documentation
- Onboarding new joiner and HR compliance (welcome packs/ buddy program)
- Updating policy documentation
- Reporting on HR metrics- eg. Company turnover
- Supporting on Adhoc HR and people related initiatives
