Job Description
- We are looking for a Junior Software Engineer to join our team in building scalable NLP solutions. In this role you will have an immediate impact on the Meltwater customer base.
- Our stack is fully cloud-native (Terraform, AWS, Serverless, Kubernetes) and uses modern ML frameworks (TensorFlow,
- Pytorch) for model definition and training. Models are served via SpringBoot Java REST services using Java Tensorflow/Pytorch libraries.
Skills Required
- Good knowledge of Java or Kotlin (2+ years)
- Good knowledge of testing frameworks, e.g., JUnit
- Good knowledge of metrics, logging, and monitoring (e.g., Prometheus, Logstash, Grafana)
- Experience with container orchestration (e.g., Docker, K8s)
- Experience with micro-service architectures
- Experience with distributed messaging systems, e.g., Kafka (2+ years)
- Experience with Cloud technologies (e.g., AWS)
- Experience with Python
