Q. What are the streams Mindtree hires from Campus?
For Development and Infrastructure Engineer roles, hiring is done from B.Tech, and B.E. streams. We accept computer science, information technology and all circuital branches.
For Analysts and other Post-Graduation Roles, the streams would be MBA/PGDM/PGD or Masters in Respective Domains.

All Mindtree Campus Offered talent are added to MS Teams Groups and all communications are done through that platform.

All On-Campus results are shared with the college Training and Placement Office (TPO) within 2 days of the Interview Process.
