Job Description for Mphasis Off Campus Drive 2022
- Provide ongoing Remote Server support for Clients in North America:
- L1 Incidents Tickets/Issues , MIS Activities
- Diagnose Hardware and Software issues via Phone, E cases
- The scope is splits into 2: Phone Cases (25%) and E-Cases (75%). Phone cases skillset will require voice skills with Versant 60% +
- Recommend / Solve problems over Phone
- Order Parts and work with Field customer Engineers
- Collaboration with other cross functional groups
- Documentation
- Good communication skills
